Born and raised in the Sunshine State, Joe Howard proudly calls Florida the best place to live in the country—and for good reason. A lifelong beachgoer and avid offshore fisherman, Joe grew up enjoying everything the Florida lifestyle has to offer. His passion for sports led him to play college basketball in Tennessee before returning home to earn his graduate degree from the University of Central Florida.

Before stepping into real estate, Joe spent 14 years as a high-level athletic performance coach, working in Division 1 athletics and with the military. His career was centered on helping individuals perform at their best—physically, mentally, and personally. That same dedication now fuels his work in real estate.
