Key Responsibilities
Prepare for buyer client consultations by conducting research in advance.
Win new buyer clients with our unique value proposition, guiding clients to appropriate properties and answering questions to kick off the buying process.
Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and guide them through the home buying process.
Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract process.
Advise clients on local market conditions and trends to prepare them for competitive offers.

Ensure client satisfaction by expediting the resolution of concerns and complaints.

Willing to work evenings and weekends, with the flexibility to work up to 60+ hours per week.
Comfortable driving in Central Florida for 6-7 days a week.
Openness to using new processes and technologies.
Requirements
Florida real estate license (no prior experience required).
Must be willing to drive throughout Central Florida.
Proven track record in sales or meeting ambitious goals.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends and be available for calls and follow-up with clients.
Excellent communicator who can adjust communication style to meet clients' needs.
Compensation & Benefits
The potential to earn $100,000+ with a commission-only pay structure.
KW Company Split only to be $9000 + $3000 KWRI CAP
Commission split will be determined during the interview process.
