Prior to becoming a realtor, Lance worked as a bartender and server at Walt Disney World and other renowned restaurants between Florida and Wisconsin where he was born. Exceptional customer service became second nature and a skill Lance has mastered.. A former college and semi-professional football player, Lance knows and understands the value of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
